Data deletion
How to have the tool's records deleted, and how to remove its access.
The tool keeps no copy of anyone's comment on our clients' posts. What it does hold is listed in our privacy notice.

Ask us to delete it
Write to hello@parallax-studio.io and say which Facebook Page or Instagram account it concerns. Within 7 days we delete everything the tool holds for that Page or account, and write back to confirm. That covers its access keys, its name and Meta number, and every post with its pictures and what Meta sent back. It also covers the numbers of the comments on those posts, and our record of what we did about each.

If you commented on a client's post
Write to hello@parallax-studio.io with the post and your name or username as it shows there. Within 7 days we delete the number Meta gave your comment and our record of anything we did about it, and write back to confirm. Your comment itself is on Facebook or Instagram: you can delete it there, or ask the client to.

Remove the tool's access yourself
Anyone who connected the tool from their Facebook account can remove its access. On Facebook, click your profile picture, then Settings & privacy, then Settings. Under Your activity, click Business integrations, find Parallax Posting, and click Remove.
The tool can then no longer publish to that Page or its Instagram account. Removing it does not delete what the tool already holds, so write to us as well if you want that deleted.

What stays
Posts already published stay on Facebook and Instagram. The owner of the Page or account can delete them there.
